Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Wooden skewers (if grilling)

Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit while you prep the sauce.

  3. Assemble Skewers: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

  4. Grill: Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.

  5. Serve: Drizzle with bang bang sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
