Description

Ingredients

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

4 cups mini marshmallows

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, if using.

4. Add Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until well coated.

5. Press mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan.

6. Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes.

7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
