This creamy, dreamy blueberry cheesecake ice cream blends tangy cream cheese with rich vanilla, sweet blueberry swirls, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs. It’s the ultimate frozen dessert indulgence.
Ingredients
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberry preserves or compote
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt; mix until well combined.
3. Gradually whisk in heavy cream and milk until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
5. When nearly finished, gently fold in blueberry preserves and graham cracker crumbs.
6. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
Use homemade or store-bought blueberry compote for best results.
No ice cream maker? Whip the cream separately and fold into the rest, then freeze overnight.
Add extra graham cracker crumbs before serving for texture.
