Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
**Bang Bang Sauce:**
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk pineapple juice, chipotle, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Pour the marinade over chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

5. Mix all Bang Bang Sauce ingredients until smooth.
6. Drizzle sauce over grilled chicken or serve on the side.
