These Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars combine a buttery crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and melty chocolate chips for an easy and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into bottom of pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
5. Mix in vanilla extract and flour until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour cheesecake batter over crust and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is set.
9. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Let bars chill thoroughly for clean slices.
Add chopped nuts for extra crunch if desired.
