This Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, no-bake dessert that combines creamy peanut butter filling, a chocolate cookie crust, and a decadent ganache topping. Perfect for celebrations or whenever your sweet tooth calls.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill.
2. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
5. Heat remaining 1/2 cup of cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
6. Spread ganache over pie. Chill for 1 more hour before serving.
Notes
Use an Oreo crust for extra chocolate flavor.
Top with crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings for decoration.
Store pie in the fridge for up to 5 days.
