Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Blind bake the pie crust for 10 minutes; remove weights. -
Cook Bacon:
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. -
Prepare Filling:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in bacon and cheese. -
Assemble & Bake:
Pour filling into crust. Bake 30–35 minutes until custard is set and golden. -
Cool & Serve:
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
