1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. Prepare brownie batter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined.

4. Pour brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.

5. Prepare cookie dough: Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.

6. Add milk and vanilla, mixing well.

7. Gradually add heat-treated flour, mixing until combined.

8. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

9. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie batter, gently spreading to cover.

10. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick in brownie layer comes out mostly clean.

11. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes to make it safe for raw consumption.

Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution.
