Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, and salt.
2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
6. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
