Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, coating each piece in the flour mixture thoroughly.
