Ingredients
8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken strips, season with salt, and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
5. In a small bowl, whisk honey, black pepper, and soy sauce.
6. Pour the sauce over chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust black pepper amount to your preferred spice level.
Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta as needed.
