Ingredients
For the Sandwich:

1 large hoagie roll or sub sandwich bread, halved

4 slices salami

4 slices ham

4 slices pepperoni

4 slices provolone cheese

Tomato slices

Red onion, thinly sliced

Pickled banana peppers (optional)
For the Grinder Salad:

1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper, to taste

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Prepare Grinder Salad:
In a bowl, mix lettuce, mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until coated. Set aside. -
Assemble Sandwich Base:
On the bread, layer meats and cheese evenly. Toast in oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy. -
Finish with Toppings:
Add tomato slices, onion, and banana peppers. Pile on grinder salad. -
Serve:
Close the sandwich, slice, and serve immediately with chips or a pickle.
