Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or half beef, half pork)

1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free crumbs)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently with hands or a fork—don’t overwork the meat. -
Form Meatballs:
Shape mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. -
Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until browned and cooked through (internal temp: 160°F/71°C). -
Serve:
Toss with marinara sauce, serve with pasta, in sandwiches, or freeze for later!

For extra moisture, use a panade (soak breadcrumbs in milk before mixing).
