Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta.
2. Add chopped parsley and dill.
3. Pour in the tzatziki sauce and toss everything together until well coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
