These No Bake Caramel Crunch Butterfinger Truffles are rich, creamy, and packed with crispy candy bits. They’re easy to make, require no oven, and disappear fast at any party!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
2 cups milk chocolate chips, melted
Crushed Butterfinger and sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger, cream cheese, vanilla, and caramel sauce.
2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Dip truffles into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
6. Place dipped truffles back on parchment paper.
7. Drizzle with extra caramel and sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger or sea salt.
8. Chill until set, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Use a small cookie scoop for uniform size.
Freeze truffles longer for firmer texture before dipping.
