Ingredients
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold melted chocolate gently into whipped cream until fully combined.
4. Reserve some crushed Oreos for topping. Fold the remaining Oreos into the mousse mixture.
5. Spoon mousse into serving cups or bowls.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
7. Top with reserved crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
For extra texture, add mini Oreo pieces on top.
