Instructions

Season Chicken:
Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. -
Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet over medium heat, place seasoned chicken and pour salsa over the top. Cover and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until chicken is cooked through. -
Shred (Optional):
For a shredded version, remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to skillet to soak up the salsa. -
Serve:
Serve over rice, in tacos, burrito bowls, or with roasted veggies. Add toppings as desired.
