Ingredients
For the Shrimp Scampi:

1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

For the Garlic Bread:

1/2 baguette or 4 slices Italian bread

3 tbsp butter, softened

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Make Garlic Bread:
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Spread on bread slices and toast in oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden. -
Cook Shrimp:
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute. -
Sauté Shrimp:
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. -
Make Sauce:
Add lemon juice and wine/broth. Simmer for 2 minutes to slightly reduce. Toss in pasta and parsley. -
Serve:
Divide into bowls, top with Parmesan, and serve with warm garlic bread.
