Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add strawberries and honey to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend again until fully combined.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
