Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh dill and parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
3. Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
4. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
5. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
6. Arrange grilled chicken, red onion, and cherry tomatoes on top.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
