Description
These Ultimate Crack Chicken Tenders are packed with flavor—crispy, juicy, cheesy, and loaded with ranch and bacon. They’re the perfect appetizer or dinner favorite that everyone will devour.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until combined.
3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each chicken tender.
4. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In another bowl, mix crushed crackers, garlic powder, and black pepper.
5. Dip each topped tender into egg, then coat in cracker mixture.
6. Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
Use air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 14–16 minutes.
Pair with ranch or honey mustard dipping sauce.
