  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5 g) ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1 g) red pepper flakes
  • 8 skewers, soaked in water
